If you already use Cord on a monthly plan, you can switch to annual billing and save: the annual cycle charges you for 10 months instead of 12 — that is, 2 months free.
How to switch to annual
- Go to Settings > Plans & billing > Subscription (
/app/ajustes/plan). - Toggle Annual in the plan selector.
- Confirm in Stripe’s checkout. The annual charge is made upfront and your subscription renews every 12 months.
Mid-year plan changes
If you paid annually and then upgrade (for example from Professional to Scale), Stripe automatically prorates: it charges only the difference for the remaining time in the period, with no manual math or credit notes on your side.
Need your invoice (CFDI) for the charge?
Your subscription charge is made by Stripe. If you need a CFDI for what you pay Cord, request it from our team at soporte@flouvia.com with your tax details and we’ll issue it.
Don’t confuse this with charging your clients: Cord invoices B2B quotes (CFDI 4.0 stamping), it does not run recurring subscription plans for your business’s customers.
