Cord is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds. When you send a quote and the customer decides to pay by bank transfer (SPEI), the bank details displayed on the quote or in the PDF are directly yours.

Update your Bank Details on Quotes

To change the CLABE account displayed to your customers:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing and Payments.
  2. In the Transfer Details section, update the Bank Name, Beneficiary, and the 18-digit CLABE account.
  3. Click Save.

From that moment on, all public quote links (including pending old ones) will show the new CLABE account. When the customer makes a deposit, you must log into Cord and manually mark the quote as ‘Paid’ to release the invoice.
