Can a sales rep see another rep's clients?

By default, no. The "Rep" role restricts the view solely to their own portfolio and their own quotes. Only managers and admins have a global view.

How does the multi-entity feature work?

You can create multiple Organizations under your same user account. Each organization has its own RFC, logo, seal certificate, and clients. You can invite users to one company and not another.

What is SSO and why is it more secure?

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your employees to log in using your company's identity system (e.g., Google Workspace). This way they don't have to remember new passwords and you centralize access control.
