We understand that businesses change. If you wish to cancel your Cord account, the process must be handled with caution, as it involves the retention of tax data required by law.

Closure Procedure

1. Settle pending invoices: Ensure there are no invoices in PPD status pending a Payment Receipt Supplement (REP).
2. Download your information: Export your clients, quotes, and XML files. Once the account is deleted, you will lose access to the web interface.
3. Send an email to support@flouvia.com from the main Administrator’s email requesting the cancellation.

Tax Data Retention: In compliance with anti-money laundering laws and the tax infrastructure in Mexico (CFF), even if we close your platform access, Cord is required to maintain the history of your stamped tax receipts for 5 years. Deletion does not erase the record of CFDI issued to the SAT.
