Every item (concept) you invoice must have a Product/Service Key and a Unit Key, according to the SAT catalogs.

How to configure it in Cord?

You do not need to memorize the codes. In the Products/Inventory section:

1. Create or edit a product.
2. Go to the Tax Information section.
3. In SAT Key, simply type what you sell (e.g., “Software” or “Consulting”). Cord’s predictive search will show you the valid keys (e.g., 43231500 for Business Software).
4. In SAT Unit, search by description (e.g., “Service”, “Piece”). The system will assign the correct code (e.g., E48 for Service Unit, or H87 for Piece).

Once configured in Cord’s product catalog, any salesperson will be able to quote these items and the tax system will invisibly and automatically inherit these keys when stamping the invoice.
