Pre-Quote NDA Flow

If you enable the Force NDA option when creating a quote:

1. The customer will receive a link that does not show prices or line items.
2. Instead, they will see a legally binding electronic signature screen requesting their name, position, and digital signature.
3. Once the customer signs the document, the system instantly reveals the complete quote.

Legal Validity: Signatures collected through this flow comply with NOM-151 (Mexico) regarding simple electronic signatures and generate a conservation certificate that you can download as a PDF from the quote view.
